Being a friend means telling your friend she looks great.
Being a best friend means telling your friend she has something between her teeth, her fly is down, she could look better, etc.
Being a friend means telling your friend her ex boyfriend is a loser.
Being a best friend means telling your best friend her ex boyfriends new girlfriend is disgusting.
Being a friend means not putting up terrible pictures of your friend on the Internet.
Being a best friend means it’s okay to put up terrible pictures of your friend, as long as it’s a really cute picture of yourself, because then they’ll understand. Or not.
Being a friend means letting your friend go on your facebook because she deleted her account.
Being a best friend means giving your password to them so they can see people they aren’t friends with, untag photos for you when you can’t get to a computer, delete things off your wall when you can’t get to a computer, and tell you what your loser ex boyfriend’s disgusting new girlfriend is doing, any time they wish.
It means holding hands in pictures.
And forgiving each other for letting the other wear that, and those.
And going on “adventures”.
And tolerating each other’s opposing eating lifestyle.
And hating all the same people.
And when they get the opportunity to move to Italy, it means letting them know how excited you are for them, being brave and not crying, being selfless and not begging them to stay, and reminding them that your facebook password will remain the same unless otherwise noted.
Ciao Bella! Have fun and be good…..
