This book is set up perfectly for sharing with your family. So why not share it with yours? Eat Like a Dinosaur is not daunting, or overwhelmingly explanatory. It’s Paleo, which means it’s simple and it’s powerful. The gluten-free recipe and guidebook, written by The Paleo Parents, includes real photos of a real family who have entered this journey. The recipes don’t seem any different from what your children would expect for dinner or an after school snack. But the real payoff? ELAD has inspiring ideas to make shopping, cooking and consuming paleo meals exciting for the kids and effortless for the parents, with menu ideas, projects and themes that help implement a Paleo lifestyle into the family.
To win a copy of Eat Like a Dinosaur, leave a comment below telling me who you plan to share this book with and why. (This will enter you into the contest and equal one entry.)

What a great book! I would love to get my hands on it & use it to share with my own family. We have 3 little boys & are making strong efforts to eat a clean, paleo diet. It’s not always easy, so I’m confident that having a resource like ELAD would help us out!
Awesome! My sister has 3 young kids (ages 2, 4, and 6), and this would be great for her!! Thanks for the post.
I would love to win this and share it with my boyfriend! We have recently started eating paleo and even though he’s not a kid anymore he still eats like one! I’m sure we could find some recipes in here he may like.
I’ll be sharing it with my sister. My niece is a type 1 diabetic and has all sorts of other auto-immune issues. Most recently she has developed an allergic reaction to her insulin so she has to take other medications just so that she can take her life saving insulin! I have loads of auto-immune issues and I have had so much relief from eating paleo. I would hope to have this book sort of kick start their journey.
I would love to share this with my family! No kids or nieces/nephews yet, but this cookbook looks great for everyone!
I will have to tell my friend Jen about this book ! She and her hubby are Paleo Cross-Fit-ers and they have a baby girl (:
I would love to have a copy of this book to share with my two sons. We have been converting to Paleo recently. My oldest son’s most frequent line is, “Are we eating that caveman food today?”. I think this book would be great for them and me to help them understand why this is important for their bodies!
Thank you for this opportunity, you just keep getting hotter and hotter
i would love to win this book to share with my three nephews. i just cant even stand how much i love them and want them to be as healthy and happy as possible!!
thanks again!!
I would love to get this and share it with my own family. As a mother of 3 small kids, and my husband and I being new to paleo and crossfit, I need all the help I can get!
Thanks so much for the great giveaway!
Christy! You’re the winner! Email me at paleoblog@gmail.com
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for ! I am a single father of a beautiful six year old girl. I like to cook and she loves to help, although its always a challange to get her to eat what I cook. This would be a great way to make cooking fun for both of us and eat healthier at the same time!
I soooo want this book! I’m pregnant with my first child (just found out it’s a girl!) and I have really struggled with finding lots of good info about paleo while preggo. I also want to learn as much as I can about raising paleo kids. I heard about this book not too long ago and thought it looked great!
I SO want this book for my boys, 2 1/2 and 4 1/2. We are a Paleo family but haven’t completely converted the picky boys yet. They love dinosaurs and I believe this book would really help make that final step! Love it. PS-if I don’t win it I will just buy it. It looks great and totally worth it. Thanks, how exciting!!!
#1, i love your site!
#2, my boyfriend is a big kid and we are just finishing whole30 and his complain the whole time was that he was bored with food. I would use this to keep paleo excited for him, as we are going to continue eating paleo.
I hate to be selfish, nut I don’t have a copy yet, so I would keep it for myself. Plus I would love to have it for my baby to grow up with.
I’ve had my eyes on this book since Paleo Parents announced it was coming. I’d be happy to share these amazing recipes with my family – hubby (who eats like a baby dinosaur) and our paleo baby (18 months). Thanks for the opp.to win!

This book would be for me. I am eating paleo since January and am trying to convert my children who are picky eaters who are hooked on processed foods.
I will be sharing this with my hubby and my 2 year old daughter!!
Aw, Jenna! Thank you so much for this! You’re too sweet. I’m actually a university student and my mother just had a baby last year (she’s 15 months now). I’m the only one following the paleo/primal lifestyle in my family and would love to share this with all of my (much) younger cousins and little sister! Thanks again!
I will be sharing this with my cousin who has a young son.
Thanks for sharing the book. I am anxious to read it for myself and then be able to distribute to my daughters. On my 10th day of the my own paleo challenge…to see if I could do it… feel good and love seeing the recipes and suggestions. Not to mention my daughters are loving my new insight for their wardrobe! Thanks for your time and inspiration.
Im getting my masters in nutrition and I’ll share this with all my non-paleo classmates to show them how cool paleo is
Oh, I LOVE this! I would share it with EVERYONE in my family of course… and then when everyone asks @ work where I come up with recipes, I’ll continue to spread the word!
I would love to share the book with my awesome nieces (one is diabetic and I really think Paleo may be helpful) but… I would also love to keep it for myself! I would probably flip through it a few time and then share.
I would LOVE to have this book! I just recently started eating paleo and could definitely use some help getting my two kids on board!
I would love to share this book with my family to get them on board with the whole Paleo movement. My husband and I have been Paleo for a month and are loving it!
I’d love to have some kid-friendly recipes to bring to potlucks to show people that paleo food can be really fun and tasty.
I would love to win this and share with my three little boys who are 5, 3 and 10 months who we are trying to raise paleo
I eat mostly Paleo and I’m always looking for new recipes! This is awesome and will make it even more fun and appealing for my grandson, who loves to help in the kitchen.
I’d love to share this with my girlfriend. She may not be a kid but everyone can learn from great Paleo recipes!
I’ll be sharing it with my fiance! We started Crossfit about 6 weeks ago and are contemplating Paleo. He never grew out of the childhood picky eater phase, so this would be perfect for him!
I would share this with my boyfriend and his nieces and nephews!
Awesome! I wish this book had been around when I was a kid. I was sick every day of my life with celiac until I was diagnosed in my forties!
Oops, my bad…I didn’t adhere to the rules. If I had the book I would share it with my 53 year old husband because he still eats like a teenager, gleefully ignorant of nutrition facts despite my efforts to educate him.
I’m a health coach for people with gluten and grain issues. I plan to use it with my clients and their families. I also posted this on Twitter and FB.
I would love to share this cookbook with MYSELF. Well, and my husband and my stepchildren, but mostly I want this book for selfish reasons. Please let me win so I can be skinny and beautiful like a dinosaur.
I would share this with my friend Kelly. She loves trying new recipes.
I shared on Facebook.
I tweeted.
This would be a great follow up to the 17 day diet.
Would love to share this with my family. Went from 300 to 185 lbs Paleo style.
Hi Jenna!
I would love to share this book with my step-son. Over the past year we have been transitioning our family to paleo (100% now) but he is receiving mixed messages from his mama who stil feeds him hot dogs/sugary candy/french fries/nasty SAD food! He’s 7 years old and just getting to the age where he is starting to understand what being healthy means. I would love to be able to arm him with the tools to make decisions for himself on what to use to fuel his body.
Hope you pick me! Love your blog
