3 stocks of broccoli
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tbs grated ginger root
garlic salt
pepper and sea salt
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil (unsalted). Once the water has reached a boil, put the broccoli into the pot and allow it to boil fr 4 minutes. The broccoli will turn bright green.
Remove them from the pot, strain and put it directly into a bowl of ice water, making sure the broccoli is covered with the water completely. Set aside.
Chop or process cashews, prepare baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Put the broccoli and cashews on baking sheet. Sprinkle ginger, garlic salt, sea salt, pepper, and coconut oil on them. Bake in hot oven until the cashews turn golden brown.
