2 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup coconut oil
salt & pepper
1 tbs dill
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Cut sweet potatoes in long 1/4 inch fries, peeling is optional
Stir into melted coconut oil
Season with salt, pepper and dill. Alternatively, season with cinnamon and nutmeg for a sweeter fry.
Roast on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Cool 5-10 minutes. Serve with honey.
