Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
- ½ cups Organic Coconut Flour
- ⅓ cups Coconut Oil
- ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 cup Raw Agave Nectar
- ⅓ cups Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift flour, place in food processor.
Melt coconut oil over medium heat, mix with unsweetened cocoa, then add to food processor with the flour.
Add agave, apple sauce and eggs.
Pulse to mix until you get a smooth chocolate batter.
Remove blades then mix in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Lightly grease an 8×8 brownie pan.
Pour in batter, cook for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.





















Thanks for this recipe! It was really easy and worked beautifully. I used a cup of dates instead of agave and actually made it as a brownie type cake doubling the ingredients and baking it in a 8″ round tin for 45 mins. I loved the taste and the cake was devoured alongside a standard chocolate cake made by someone else (grrrr! ;~)). Definitely one to make again!
