A week ago, I proposed, as a group, that all Paleo, iPhone/Droid using readers join me in sharing the ways they eat Paleo each day on Instagram.
I showed people, who had never heard of Instagram, exactly how to get instagram on their phone, how to use it, and ultimately, how to share photos of their Paleo creations with friends and strangers for inspiration. I was so impressed, as always, with the response.
In just one week, over 100 photos were uploaded using the hashtag #showusyourpaleo.
Here is my favorite photo from the week:
+ Homemade Kombucha from @danielleno812 +ย
Here are the rest!* You guys are amazing. Keep it coming….
Will you join us for the #showusyourpaleo party this week!
*If your Instagram profile is set to private, and I don’t follow you, I could not see your upload, which is why you might not see it here. Regardless, I still love that you’re following along and sharing with your friends! Thank you!!

Perfect! I’ll contact Danielle and I’m sure she’d be happy to share the recipe.
The photo that’s your favorite? That one’s my favorite too!
It’s amazing!
i had to google kombucha. i’m still not sure what it is. we NEED that recipe!!!
Yay glad my photo won! I love my kombucha! This little Instagram party has been so fun. Thanks for starting it, Jenna!
Kombucha is easy, ladies! It’s a nice break from drinking water all the time, that’s for sure.
I’ve been using the “continuous brew method” which basically means I’m always brewing a new batch as soon as the last one’s done. This way I don’t have to store the SCOBY.
I use this recipe:

Got my first SCOBY here:

Only other things you need are a large 1-2 gallon jar (Amazon), some cheesecloth (Amazon) and some flip top bottles (Ikea or Tuesday Morning).
Flavors i’ve done are: Blueberry/ginger, strawberry/ginger, peach, vanilla, strawberry/kiwi, mixed berry, mango/mint. So yum!
Happy to answer questions if you have any!
